The wife of Zamfara state Governor, Hajiya Balkisu Bello Matawalle has donated three vehicles and presented letters of appointment to 16 special Assistants to Governor Bello Matawalle.
Speaking at the presenting letters of appointment and vehicles, Hajiya Balkisu, who was represented by the wife of Senator Hassan Muhammad Nasiha, Hajiya Jimmai, said that, the gesture was part of the State Government’s effort to provide employment to the youths, and women in the state.
Hajiya Balkisu explained that, those who benefited with vehicles included, members of the Saraki boys, H/E Saraki foundation, and Saraki foundation, from Maradun local government of the state.
She called on the Special Assistants and those donated with vehicles to utilize the gestures given to them.
She called on people of the state to continue praying for peace and stability in the state, explaining that no society would develop without peace.
In their sprate speeches the state PDP chairman and the state PDP chairlady Alhaji Tukur Danfulani Maikatako and Hajiya Ai Maradun, commanded the wife of the state Governor for the gesture, calling on beneficiaries to make judicious use of the vehicles and letters given to them.
