Zamfara Education Commissioner Describes Private Schools As Partners In Progress.

Zamfara state’s Commissioner of education, Alhaji Aliyu Tukur ES has described private Schools as critical stakeholders in the development of education in the state.

The commissioner made this statement when members of the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools, (NAPPS) paid him a courtesy call in his office on Monday.

He  said, “I will carry private schools along, being the critical partners in the development of education”.

He expressed happiness for the visit and promised to cooperate with the members of the association for their role in educational development. 

The commissioner maintained that private schools have immensely helped in filling the state’s quarter in some tertiary institutions across the country.

“As partners in progress, I will work hand in hand with private Schools in the state in order to uplift the fallen standard of education”. Said the commissioner.

Speaking earlier, the President of the association, Alhaji Sama’ila Kwangwami congratulated the commissioner on his new appointment and wished him Allah’s guidance.

“On behalf of the association, I pray to Allah SWT to guide you to deliver as expected by His Excellency the State Executive Governor, Hon. Dr. Bello Muhammad, Matawallen Maradun, Barden Kasar Hausa, Shatiman Daular Usmaniyya and the great people of Zamfara State”. Concluded Alhaji Sama’ila.
