“Forget about those who are going round, spreading rumors that, there is going to be new registration for anybody wishing to be a member of the APC in the state”.

“It is not true. Don’t ever listen to them. They are only trying to confuse you”.

Yari maintained that, the three-man committee which was said to have been appointed by the Mai Mala Buni’s led caretaker committee was only a temporary arrangement.

He added that, they have no constitutional power to even register new members of the party, talkless of cancelling the membership cards of the people they met in the party.

Yari stressed that, none of the three people who have been appointed as Caretaker Committee members has the APC membership card, adding that, it would be a violation of APC constitution if they insisted on registering new party members.
