He vowed to deal with any politician who refused to come out and swear that he has never participated, aided or abetted banditry throughout his life.

“I am calling on all the politicians, particularly the leaders of others political parties to come out and swear, otherwise, I will be left with no option but to deal with them”.

Matawalle maintained that, henceforth, anybody who is going to be appointed or given any contract in the state must swear that he has no connection in banditry.

He said that, his administration would not hesitate to take any measures which could bring an end to banditry in the state, calling on all the newly appointed Commissioners to consider the fight against banditry as their measure assignment.
