Former Governor Abdulaziz Yari led faction of All Progressives Congress (APC ) in Zamfara state has kicked against the recent judgement by the Federal High Court sitting in Gusau.

In a statement, the Publicity Secretary of the Yari led APC faction, Ibrahim Birnin Magaji said they were not deterred by the judgement.

“We will not in any way be deterred by the Federal High Court Gusau recent judgement that dismissed the suit we instituted, challenging the dissolution of our Executives by the National Caretaker Committee of the Party”.

In his reaction to the judgment, the Chairman of Yari faction, Honorable Lawal M Liman Gabɗon Ƙaura said they were more determined to pursue the case to its logical conclusion because of their strong conviction that justice would only be delayed rather than denied.

Honorable Lawal M Liman said though they were not surprised over the judgment because the outcome was already pronounced by Senator Ahmad Sani Yariman Bakura through his recent Press Interviews.
He stressed that this will would not however discourage his committee to appeal the judgment in an attempt to seek for justice.

The chairman maintained that if an internal squabble in the Party could cost it the collosal loss it incurred in 2019 General Elections in the Supreme Court of Nigeria then there is still hope for a light at the end of the tunnel for the fact that what is good for the Goose is also good for the Gander.

He commended the efforts, contributions and resilience of the Leader of the Party, Honorable Alhaji Abdulaziz Yari, his lieutenants, Party Leaders at State, Local Government and Ward levels.

Liman also commended the stakeholders, party members and sympathizers for keeping the Party vibrant yesterday, today and tomorrow as an outlet that will see to the continued  well-being of the People of Zamfara State.

He assured them that the struggle would be kept alive until success was  achieved by the grace of God.
