His Excellency, The Executive Governor of Zamfara State Hon Dr Bello Mohammed MON Matawallen Maradun, Barden Hausa, Shettiman Sokoto has described the death of elder statesman, Businessman and philanthropist in the state, Alhaji Tukur Muhammad Mai bulo as monumental to the state.

In a statement, the Press Secretary to Governor Bello Mattawale, Alhaji Jamilu Ilyasu said, the Governor made the statement on Wednesday when he paid a condolence visit to the residence of the deceased who died on Tuesday.

Matawalle described late Alhaji Tukur Mai bulo as a philanthropist per excellence, honest and trustworthy who contributed immensely to the development of the state, and spent his lifetime in assisting humanity and that he will be greatly missed for his elderly roles in uniting the people of the state.

The Matawallen Maradun prayed Allahu SWT to forgive the deceased all his shortcomings and grant his family the fortitude to bear the loss.

The Governor on behalf of the Government and people of the state extended his heart- felt condolences to the immediate family members, relatives, and the people of Gusau Emirate over the great loss.

Late Alhaji Tukur Maibulo

The Governor was accompanied on the condolence visit by the former Governor of Zamfara State and APC leader, Senator Ahmed Sani Yariman Bakura, Former Speaker of Zamfara State House of Assembly and chief of staff to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Alhaji Sanusi Garba Rikiji and the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Kabiru Balarabe.

Others were the Chief of Staff Government House, Gusau, Malam Ibrahim Suleiman, State APC Chairman Alhaji Tukur Umar Danfulani and other Senior Government officials.
