Cleric Charges Youths To Shun Social Vices

Nigerian youths have been advised to desist from all forms of social vices so as to become useful members of the society.

The call was made by an Islamic scholar, Sheikh Jibirin Ibrahim Sharehu while delivering a paper titled “Child moral upbringing in our society” held in Zaria.

Sheikh Sharehu also charged the communities to imbibe the culture of monitoring their children’s activities.

He pointed out that youths are the leaders of tomorrow and they must be guided against involving themselves in vices to be good ambassadors.

Naibin Zazzau, Malam Muhammad Sani Kawu Lamido called on the Muslims Ummah to assist the orphans at any given time so as to attract Allah’s blessings.

He noted that supporting orphans is a saying and teaching of Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him.

Malam Sani Kawu Lamido advised the Youths to concentrate on both Islamic and western education to become good leaders of tomorrow.

Chairman Kakaki community Youths leader Engineer Sharehu Ladan Sharehu stressed the need for Youths to study hard and go into business ventures to enable them become self reliant.

Engineer Sharehu Ladan Sharehu called on well to do individuals to encourage the teeming Youths to become self reliant instead of depending on white collar jobs.
