The Zamfara State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) led by Alhaji Lawal Liman has succeeded in the appeal at the Appeal Court in Sokoto, challenging the judgement of the Zamfara State High Court two.

Recalled that, the Zamfara State High Court Gusau had in August this year nullified the APC congresses that produced State, Local Government and Ward executive members.
The APC had made an appeal at the Appeal Court in Sokoto challenging the earlier judgement by State High Court, Gusau.

The APC Counsel, Mr. Chris Udeoyibo who spoke to newsmen in Gusau on Thursday said “the appeal court had set aside the earlier judgement by State High Court, Gusau”.

Reacting to the judgement the State APC Chairman, Alhaji Lawal Liman described  the victory  as a welcome development to the APC.
He appealed to all APC members in the state to bury their differences and work together for the progress  and development of the party in the state.
