Zamfara State’s Ministry of Information has again pledged to play its complimentary role in sensitizing the people of the state on the functions of the Zamfara State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency (ZAMCHEMA).
The State Commissioner of Information, Hon. Ibrahim Magaji Dosara stated this in his office on Wednesday while hosting the management of Zamchema on a courtesy call.
The commissioner also assured them that his Ministry was working on modalities to embark on aggressive media sensitization on activities of the Agency.
Dosara further observed that the role ZAMCHEMA plays in the provision of healthcare services delivery system to the people was worth commending and promised them all possible assistance to make the use of all the state media outfits in propagating their activities.
The Commissioner congratulated the newly appointed Executive Secretary of the Agency, Dr. Abdulkadir Aliyu Shinkafi and prayed Allah to help him to succeed in the discharge of his responsibilities.
Speaking earlier, the newly appointed Executive Secretary, Dr. Abdulkadir Aliyu Shinkafi said they were in the commissioner’s office to thank the State Ministry of Information for support and assistance it renders to the ZAMCHEMA since the establishment of the Agency in 2019.
He assured the Commissioner that the Agency was ready to work hand in hand with the Ministry in sensitizing members of the general public on the activities of ZAMCHEMA.
