In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious and the most Merciful

Verily, all good praises are for Allah, we seek His help and His forgiveness.

We seek refuge with Allah from the evil of our own souls and from our bad deeds.

Whomsoever Allah guides will never be led astray, and whomsoever Allah leaves astray, no one can guide him.

I bear witness that there is no God but Allah, He is alone without any partner and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger.

O you who believe! Fear Allah as He should be feared, and die not except in a state of Islam (as Muslims) with complete submission to Allah.” [Surah Ali Imran, 3:102]

Every soul must test death. It has no real calendar. It comes when it will come.

The sudden demise of Munirat M. Nasir is a great shock to the entire working journalists across the country.

As no human being is perfect except the Noble and Humble Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), late Munirat also had his own shortcomings.

He was however identified by those who know him as humble, jovial, sincere and friendly.

‘Munirat’ as he was popularity called was indeed a good personality who was loved by many of his colleagues due to his straightforwardness, frankness and love for the truth.

He was always ready to render assistance to his colleagues and friends whether he was contacted or not.

Munirat was an experienced journalist, hardworking and genius whose contribution to Journalism profession will forever be remembered.

May his good deeds surpass the bad ones when it comes to the day of reckoning.

May the Almighty Allah forgive all his shortcomings and make the most exalted Jannah be his final abode, aamin Ya Rabbil Aalamin.
