Zamfara CP Visits Police Secondary School To Assess Security Arrangement

The Commissioner of Police Zamfara State Police Command CP Ayuba N. Elkanah psc+ has today visited Police Secondary School, Gusau in an effort to ensure safety and security of students.

In a statement, the spokesperson of the state police command SP Mohammed Shehu said, the visit by the Commissioner was to review the existing security arrangements of the school and beef up adequate security that will safeguard the staff and students against any security threats by criminal elements.

The Commissioner of Police was warmly received by the Commandant of the School, SP Umar Mohammed. 

The Commandant led the CP and his entourage  to go round the school and assess the school premises. 

The CP equally interacted with the students and encouraged them to concentrate on their studies so that they can achieve the purpose of their being to the school. He further called on them to be security conscious and avoid illegal movement.

On his part, the Commandant of the School thanks the CP for the visit and promised to redouble their  commitment to ensure the school remains secured and conducive for learning.
