Kebbi Retired Civil Servants To Smile Soon, As Bagudu Releases N4bn For Payment of Their Gratuities

Governor Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi state has promised to release over N4 billion for the payment of gratuities to retired workers in the state.

This was contained in a statement by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Media, Malam Yahya Sarki and made available to Analyzer news on Thursday.

The statement further added that, the Governor has promised to release the funds in due course in order to alleviate the suffering of the retired civil servants. 

Bagudu said, “This money will be released in the next few days.

“But this will only be done when the required data of the beneficiaries is adequately streamlined”.

Bagudu commended the people of the state for their support and loyalty to his administration.

He prayed to God to usher in the new year 2022 with prosperity and peace for Kebbi State in particular and the nation in general.
