The Emir of Zazzau in Kaduna state, Malam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli has charged his subjects to provide security operatives with necessary information when needed.
The emir stated this during the Ramadan break fast at his palace in Zaria.
Malam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli stressed that, there was the need for the people to contribute actively on the issue of security within their communities .
He reminded the Muslim faithfuls to use the Ramadan period to pray for Allah to bring an end to the security challenges facing the country.
He assured the people that the Emirate remained committed to reviving and reviewing the genuine historical background of Zazzau Emirate.
In a related development Christians faithfuls in the country have been advised to intensify efforts in praying to Allah to end the lingering security challenges in the country.
Reverend Danjuma Simon of Nasarawa Baptist church Tudun Jukun Zaria gave the advice in an interview during the Ramadan break fast organized by the Emir of Zazzau MAL Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli.
Reverend Danjuma Simon explained that bringing Muslims and Christian faithful in one umbrella to understand their common issue would promote peace and harmony in the country.
Reverend Danjuma Simon maintained that late Emir of Zazzau, Dr Shehu Idris had already laid a concrete relationship between the Christians faithful and Muslims Ummah in Zazzau Emirate.
The Reverend expressed the hope that the nineteenth Emir of Zazzau, Malam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli would emulate the good legacies of the late Emir of Zazzau to maintain the harmonious relationship among the Muslims Ummah and Christian faithful in Zazzau Emirate.
He appealed to the well to do to individuals to assist the needy within the society in order to alleviate their hardship.,
