Bandits have abducted five female students of College of Health Technology Tsafe in Tsafe local government area of Zamfara state.
The students, acccording to the spokesperson of the state police command SP Mohammed Shehu who spoke to Analyzer news were abducted at their rented accommodation in Tsafe town last Tuesday night.
Shehu said they were not abducted in the school premises but in their rented house in Tsafe town.
“The students were abducted in their rented accommodation yesterday (Tuesday) night but not in the school premises”.
Shehu further explained that, one of the students has escaped from the bandits.
He maitained that the police command has drafted its personnel to pursue the bandits in order to rescue the abducted students.
Meanwhile, Tsafe town has now become the target of bandits’ attacks, a situation that is making the people of the town to be panicked.
Recall that, the resident of the state Commissioner of security DIG Mamman Tsafe (rtd) was attacked by bandits few days ago where four people including his son were Killed.
