The Pastor of Nasara Baptist church Gaskiya Zaria Reverend Bukyson Danjuma Simon gave the charge while speaking to newsman in Zaria.

Reverend Danjuma stressed that there was need for the Christian community to ensure that they received their PVC to excersice their constitutional right.

He advised politicians to desist from introducing divide and rule tactics through the use of religion to achieve their selfish interest.

He kicked against the issue of competency by the parties while conducting their primary elections.

He said the issue of competency was not in the manifestos or party guidelines.

The reverend called on Nigerians to elect credible and God fearing aspirants who have the people and nation in mine.

He said the Christians would no longer elect unpatriotic candidates who would at the end of the election turn the nation as their personal factory.
