The Presidential Candidate of the New Nigeria Peoples Party, NNPP, Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has described the PDP and APC as dead parties, calling on Nigerians to avoid electing any candidate from the two parties.
Addressing journalists in Gusau, Kwankwaso said, the two political parties have failed Nigerians, as such, it was time for Nigerians to retire all politicians from PDP and APC.
Kwankwaso maintained that Nigerian were living witnesses to the corruption and insecurity cases that ravaged the country as a result of PDP and APC mal-administration.
He urged the electorate to look inward and try another option of electing the NNPP candidates who have the blueprint of bringing positive change in the country.
Kwankwaso further revealed that, NNPP had developed a blueprint for the development of the entire country, as well as stringent measures to end the current security challenge facing the country.
He recalled that, during the time he was minister of defence, military forces were properly used in handling security challenges even in other countries, not to talk of local bandits who were not well trained.
“Its shamful that, APC led Federal government has failed to tackle untrained bandits in the forest, upon the huge number of Military, Police, DSS and NSCDS and financial resources”, he added.
He stated that anybody from the northern states where people were being killed on daily basis contemplating to elect PDP or APC should go for psychiatric test.
“How can a sensible people, upon all the daily killings and kidnapping of their relations think of electing PDP or APC candidates”?.
He promised to create job opportunities for the teeming youths in the country as well as improving the educational standard.
Kwankwaso stated that, during his tenure as Governor of Kano state, he ensured that every child who has obtained university requirements attended University education both within and outside the country.
“I was able to send over 3000 students to study both within and outside the country”.
“Most of them are currently gainfully employed”.
He called on the electorates to vote for NNPP for them to have proper and rightful leadership.
He promised to bring positive change in the country if voted into power in 2023.
