As the Zamfara state chapter of the All Progressive Congress (APC) resumed its gubernatorial campaign last Wednesday, thousands of party supporters have converged in Shinkafi town, the headquarters of Shinkafi local government to receive Governor Bello Mattawalle’s campaign team.
Addressing a mammoth crowd, Governor Matawalle expressed sincere thanks for the unflinching support
Matawalle stated that he would pay more attention to the area of security, healthcare delivery, agriculture, education, wellfare and youth empowerment.
Matawalle added that good governance would be given top priority in his second tenure in office.
“I am assuring the people of the state that, my second tenure in office would surely focus its attention on good governance”.
“I will make sure that, I concentrate more on people’s oriented projects in order to take the state to the greater hight”.
He maitained that his administration has so far employed over 500 health workers and built 147 primary health centers across the state in an effort to revive the health sector.
He also explained that his administration has completed the construction of a referral hospital which was started in 2023.
He assured the people of the state that he would provide modern health facilities in the hospital for treatment of different ailments.
He called on the people of the state to vote for all APC candidates in the forthcoming general elections assuring that positive changes would be seen in the state.
