The Chairman Zamfara state chapter of the Labour party, Alhaji Yahuza Ahmed said, the former chairman of the state Inter party Advisory Committee (IPAC) Alhaji Sani Danmasani is not a member of the Labour party but was only using the name of the party to enrich himself.
In a press release, the Labour party chairman, Alhaji Yahuza Ahmed said, Danmasani was claiming to be a member of the party in order to get money from top politicians in the state.
Yahuza Ahmed maintained that, Danmasani is a campaign Director General of the Action People’s Party’s candidate, adding that “he is not a member of the Labour party”.
In a statement, Yahuza Ahmed said, “It has come to our notice, that a fraudulent candidate of the party, equally unknown to our party that he is a campaign Director General of Action People’s Party’s candidate”.
“He took some individuals to a prominent figure of the APC claiming to be decamping to the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC)”.
“The labour party is not surprise of his actions, as he has proven to be a fraudster, cross-carpeting from one party to another trading for money from desperate seekers of decampees”.
“The party wants to make it clear that Alhaji Sani Danmasani is not our member as he is currently the Director General of the Gubernatorial candidate of the Action People’s Party”.
“The members he claims to have decamped with to APC are not members of the labour party”.
“We are therefore calling on the general public to stop dealing with Alhaji Sani Danmasani as member of the labour party”.
