The Women Rights Iniative (WORI) congratulated the newly elected National Chairperson of NAWOJ comrade Aisha Ibrahim Bura, and her national executives members for emerging victorious at the just concluded 11th triennial delegates’ conference held in Abuja.
In a statement, the Executive Director of WORI, Dr Liaatu Augustine Bamaiyi prayed Allah to guidance keep and lead the new EXCO to a successful tenure together for a great cause of achievement.
She believed that, with comrade Aisha Ibrahim Bura as National Chairperson and Wasila Ladan the National Secretary, there was no doubt that the Association will have new and fresh breathe again based on their wealth of experience as seasoned journalists and women’s shield.
“We pray the good Lord to equip you with requisite wisdom, grace, favour and good health as you navigate the affairs of the Association for the next 3 year and to lead you to greater heights.
