In a statement, the state’s secretary of the party, Alhaji Yusuf Idris said, anyone caught with any form of arm or weapon before or after the judgement would face the full wrath of the law.
Idris said, “We are calling on all our party supporters especially the youth wing to remain law abiding and be prayerful for the success of the APC.
Idris also called on members of the party to accept the outcome of tomorrow’s supreme court’s decision on the last governorship election before it between the APC and the PDP.
He said, “We are calling on our members and supporters throughout the state to remain calm and law abiding especially as from the outcome of tomorrow’s (Friday) Supreme Court ruling on the state’s last governorship election before it between the APC and the PDP”.
“This is sequel to a meeting with security agencies in the state that anyone caught with any form of arm or weapon before or after the judgement will face the full wrath of the law”.
He noted with appreciation the way and manner the APC supporters have been conducting themselves even when they were provoked.
He urged them to remain steadfast in their good manners in maintaining law and order which which he said was the party’s watchword.
