The Zamfara state chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has congratulated the entire Muslim community in the country for the successful completion of Ramadan fast, calling on them to continue praying for peace and development of Nigeria.
In a press release, the state’s Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Yusuf Idris said, the party chairman, Honourable Tukur Umar encouraged all Muslims to increase their prayers for the goodness, growth and development of the nation while maintaining a good and generous relationship with one another.
The statement reads as follows:
“The Zamfara State chapter of the All Progressives Congress APC, under able Chairmanship of Hon. Tukur Umar Danfulani, on behalf of the SWC and the state executive members of the party, wishes to congratulate the Muslim Ummah for the successful completion of the 1445 AH/2024 Ramadan fast”.
“The party equally joins the Muslim Ummah in celebrating the Eid-El-Fitr while praying that Allah follows all the good prayers, preachings and steadfastness gone through during the Ramadan with His positive response”.
“We equally enjoin the Muslim faithful to continue to practice the teaching of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) as contained in the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah”.
“Ramadan lessons should be sustained for peace , unity, honesty, sincerity, love to one another and fear of Allah in our dealings”.
“We encourage all Muslims to increase their prayers for the goodness, growth and development of the nation while maintaining a good and generous relationship with one another”.
“The party is sueing for continued prayers for the success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in his effort to return peace and economic growth in Zamfara State and Nigeria in general”.
“We appreciate the party leaders for assisting party members, supporters, and executives with assorted foodstuffs and cash, the gesture was extended to non-members and even other parties just to alleviate the hardship among the people of the state”.
“May the Almighty Allah accept their Sadaqa and reward them abundantly”.
