Use your culture to promote Unity—- Zazzau Emir

Nigerians have been advised to maintain the use of their cultural heritage to promote unity and togetherness in the country irrespective of their differences.

Oluwo of Iwoland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Abdurasheed Adewale Akanbi gave the advice when he visited the emir of Zazzau at his palace in zaria.

Oba Abdurasheed Akanbi witnessed special Durbar organized by the emir of Zazzau to welcome him

Oba Akanbi said as brothers, the Durbar he witnessed at the Emir’s Palace is a unifying factor.

He admitted that he has never witnessed such a Durbar and thanked the Emir, the emir of Zazzau for organizing the historic durba in his honour.

The Oluwo of Iwoland expressed gratitude to the Emir and Zazzau Emirate for the wonderful hosting he enjoyed at the palace

On his part the Emir of Zazzau Malam Ahmed Nuhu Bamalli led the durbar procession alongside his council members.

The Emir explained that the Emirate is known for its hospitality to every citizen without any difference.

Mal ahmed Nuhu Bamalli noted that unity and friendship is what people of Zazzau Emirate hold, that is why it is home to every Nigerian, irrespective of ethnicity or religious background.

Hundreds of people witnessed the special Durba and welcome the Oluwo of Iwoland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Abdurasheed Adewale Akanbi.
