The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has expanded its Special National Media/Publicity Committee (SNPC) for the November 11, 2023 Governorship elections on Bayelsa, Imo and Kogi states respectively
This was contained in a statement by the National Publicity Secretary of the party who is also the chairman of the Special National Publicity Committee (SNPC) Hon. Debo Ologunagba.
The committee according to Ologunagba is to liaise with the various campaign councils and committees for the elections to ensure effective Media coverage for PDP victory in the affected states.
The statement reads in parts as follows:
“The Special National Media/Publicity Committee, headed by the National Publicity Secretary, pursuant to Section 40 (1) (a), (b) and (c) of the PDP Constitution (as amended in 2017) is to liaise with the various Campaign Councils and Committees for the elections to ensure effective media and publicity actions for the victory of our party in the elections”.
”Members of the expanded Committee are as follows”:
“Hon. Debo Ologunagba – Chairman, Hon. Ibrahim Abdullahi -Member, Hon. Emmanuel Ibeshi – Member, Kola Ologbondiyan -Member, Earl Osaro Onaiwu -Member, Hon. Emmanuel Ogidi – Member, Otunba Segun Sowunmi -Member, Richard Akanmode -Member, Abdulmohammed Bashir – Member and Godwin David-Member”.
“The rest are,Don Evarada-Member, Alfred Kemepado-Member, Ikenna Onuoha-Member, Sunny Ndukwu- Member, Arthur Ugochukwu-Member, Ezekwe Uche- Member, Pst. Chinwe Nnorom -Member, Yusuf Abubakar Dingyadi-Member, while Richard Ihediwa and Ibu Thomas would serve as secretary and assistant secretary Tech/ICT respectively”.
‘The PDP charges all leaders, critical stakeholders and and teeming members of our party particularly in Bayelsa, Imo and Kogi States to continue to work hard to ensure the victory of our Party in the elections”.
