Zamfara state chapter of the Labour Party (LP( has inaugurated a five-member committee to serve in the Directorate of Mobilization and Integration in the state.
Those inaugurated included Haruna Mohammed who will serve as the Coordinator and Mustapha Mohammed as the Secretary of the committee.
Other committee members are Abdussalam Jafar, Tanimu Aliyu and Mannir Bello.
In his inaugural speech, the state chairman of the party, Alhaji Yahuza Ahmed charged the inaugurated members to justify the confidence reposed in them by work hard in order to get more members to the party ahead of 2027 general elections.
Alhaji Yahuza Ahmed finally advised them to take advantage of the ongoing online membership registration and revitalisation so that new members are captured, while membership cards are revalidated.
In his acceptance speech, the state coordinator, Haruna Mohammed promised to work hard to ensure the accomplishment of the task ahead.
He thanked the leadership of the party for finding them worthy to serve in the committee.
The formation of the committee is in fulfillment of the directive from the National Headquarters’ of the party.
