Abducted Katsina students released in Zamfara

The Katsina students, kidnapped last Friday have been released by their captors and were in Tsafe town, the headquarters of Tsafe local government area of Zamfara state at the time of filing in this report.

Speaking to Analyzer news, the state police commissioner Alhaji Usman Nagogo, said the boys would be handed over to Katsina state Government as soon as investigation into their health condition was concluded.

He however maintained that all of them were looking healthy, adding that, non ọf them was complaining of any ailment of desease.

“The boys are healthy but looking very tired, we will hand them over to their state as soon as possible”.

He however did not mention whether any  ransom was paid before their release or not.
