Reconciliation:– 15 Federal, State Lawmakers May Lose Their Positions In Zamfara

Following the agreement reached between Governor Bello Mattawale and former Governor Abdul Aziz Yari, there are strong indications that, two Senators, three National Assembly members and 10 State Assembly members may lose their positions.

An impeccable source close to Analyzer news revealed that, the two serving Senators, three National and 10 State Assembly members who have already filled their forms to contest in the forthcoming 2023 general elections might be replaced with other candidates loyal to former Governor Abdul Aziz Yari.

The source further explained that, a meeting with Yari’s political associates might be convened in Abuja tomorrow Wednesday to nominate those who would fill the nomination forms to contest for the reserved positions.

The source added that, former Governor Yari might contest for Zamfara West Senatorial Zone, while his colleague, Senator Kabiru Garba Mafara might go for Zamfara Central Senatorial zone.
