I will work tirelessly for rapid development of football —- NFF President Gusau

The President, Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Alhaji Ibrahim Musa (Kogunan Gusau), has promised to take the football activities to a greater hight during his tenure.

Gusau also promised to bring unity, peace and tranquility between the stakeholders.

Addressing thousands of football fans, friends and well wishers who converged at the Command’s Guest Inn Gusau to welcome him back home after the election which took place in Edo state, Alhaji Ibrahim Musa said he would work tirelessly for the development of football in the country.

“I will do my very best to improve on the football activities and also unite all the stakeholders to make them as one family members”.

Musa stressed that, though he now belonged to the entire country as his constituency, he would remain grateful for the support and cooperation he received from the people of the state particularly the Emir of Gusau, Alhaji Ibrahim Bello and Governor Bello Mattawale.

He called on all the football stakeholders in the country to join hands with him in order to move the game forward.

“My administration will try as much as possible to unite our people to ensure that we get success because that is what Nigerians want and we have no options but to do what we need to do in other to deliver,” the NFF said.

“My message to them (football stakeholders) is to join hands and let us move the game of football forward.”
