Few days after the death of a notorious bandits leader Auwalu Daudawa, another bandits leader, Tukur Maikyalla has also been reported killed.
According to sources, Maikyalla was shot dead by late Daudawa’s boys in a gun battle in Dumburun forest of Zamfara state.
The source revealed that, Daudawa’s boys who were in large number carried a reprisal attack aimed at avenging the killing of their leader, late Auwalu Daudawa.
The source added that, “During the encounter, many bandits have lost their lives including their leader, Tukur Maikyalla”.
Effort to get comments from the state police command has failed.
