The Zamfara State chapter of the All Progressives Congress APC on behalf of the State Working Committee, Executives, leaders, Elders, members, and well wishers of the party. wishes to congratulate the Muslim Umma in the state for successfully witnessing another Eid-El-Kabir celebration
In a statement, the Publicity secretary of the party, Alhaji Yusuf Idris said, “Many have had plans for this season, but by Allah’s special grace, they have not lived to see this day, so we thank Allah SWT for counting us among the living.
Let’s continue to pray to Allah for His guidance, protection, and progress in our lives and our communities.
He therefore urged Muslim Ummah to use the festive period for sober reflection with the aim of getting closer to Allah by also remaining pious and good to one another.
Idris maitained that, the APC as a political party would continue to be closer to the people through generosity and goodwill.
On the current insecurity challenges, the party urged all and sundry to intensity more prayers to seek for God’s intervention.
“The party also wishes to urge the state faithfull to intensify more prayers of unity, peace, and understanding in order to end insecurity in the state and beyond”.
The party equally appreciates the gesture of the minister of Defence, Dr. Bello Mohammed Matawalle MON for donating 4,860 Rams and 390 Million Naira and Senator Abdulaziz Yari Abubakar for distributing 28 trucks of rice and 380 cows as Sallah gift to the people of the state and party members for the festive periods.
The gesture according to the party has reduced the hardship being experienced by the people of the state who would now celebrate the Eid with ease and happiness.
“Similarly, we wish to appreciate the efforts of Hon. Muktar Shehu Idris for donating 1,000 Rams to the party members across the state as well as Alh Sanusi Bala Maituta who donated 25 Rams to the state secretariat”.
The Party finally acknowledged all those who assisted the its members at their various constituencies, praying to the Almighty Allah to reward them abundantly.
